Blood Transfusion

These pieces were made for a piece of work I called Blood Transfusion. This was shortly after I had had surgery in response to an inate discomfort I felt about the thought of possibly having a blood transfusion. It feel so personal and intimate to imagine having someone elses blood in my system.

The Carafe is hand blown in glass and the cups are 3d printed porcelain.
